In a message posted on its official X handle Monday, the mission emphasized that international students who skip classes, drop out, or leave school without notice could have their student visas revoked.

The statement added that such students may also be denied future US visas, even if they reapply later.

“If you drop out, skip classes, or leave your programme without informing your school, your student visa may be revoked, and you may lose eligibility for future US visas,” the message warned.

The mission urged all student visa holders to strictly follow the terms of their visas and maintain full academic status to avoid any immigration complications.
