Uzor Arukwe and BamBam reunite in Without You, a Nollywood drama about heartbreak and moving on, now streaming on IbakaTV

Nollywood favourites Uzor Arukwe and Bamike “BamBam” Olawunmi-Adenibuyan are back on screen in the highly anticipated romantic drama, Without You, streaming from 17 February on IbakaTV.

The film marks the latest chapter in a celebrated creative partnership that has captivated digital audiences across Nigeria.

The duo first captured hearts in March 2025 with Love in Every Word, produced by Omoni Oboli. Arukwe played Chief Obiora, nicknamed “Odogwu Panrara,” a wealthy and assertive businessman, while BamBam portrayed Chioma, or “Achalugo,” a woman hesitant about love but charmed by Obiora’s relentless pursuit.

The film became a viral hit, amassing over eight million views on YouTube within four days.

Fans were drawn to their on-screen chemistry, which BamBam described as “real,” built on mutual respect and a professional connection that translated naturally to the lens.

Their dynamic has since made them Nollywood’s go-to couple for tales of passion and emotional conflict, appearing together in titles such as Love in Every Word 2: The Wedding, Love in Every Breath, and The Unbreakable Wife.

In Without You, the pair take on a more mature and poignant story.

The film explores loss, heartbreak, and the challenge of moving on after a devastating separation. Uzor Arukwe and BamBam’s performance is complemented by their original soundtrack, Your Love, now streaming on major music platforms.

Critics and fans alike have praised the pairing for evolving with their roles. From the playful romantic energy of their early films to the raw emotional intensity of Without You, the duo continues to dominate Nollywood’s digital space.

For audiences seeking a powerful exploration of love and resilience, Without You promises to be an unmissable reunion of two of Nigeria’s most beloved on-screen talents.
