Russian air defences was alleged to have been responsible for the shooting down of private jet belonging to Wagner boss, Yevgeny Prigozhin, over Tver region.

Initial reports suggest that Prigozhin, often referred to as “Putin’s chef,” was believed to be aboard the ill-fated aircraft. The crash occurred in the Tver region, located north of Moscow.
The Grey Zone, a Telegram channel affiliated with Wagner, claimed that the plane was shot down by air defenses in the area.
