Zenith Bank has fully restored its digital banking services after an IT infrastructure upgrade, ensuring seamless access for customers.

This upgrade was aimed at enhancing the bank’s service delivery, but it briefly affected customers’ access to digital banking platforms.
In a statement shared via its social media platforms on Thursday, Zenith Bank confirmed the successful restoration of all its e-channel services, assuring customers of seamless access to digital banking.
The restoration means customers can now perform transactions across all platforms without interruption.
The bank reassured its clients of its commitment to providing exceptional digital banking services with its newly improved IT infrastructure, which promises smoother, faster, and more innovative financial solutions.
The official announcement read:
“We are pleased to inform you that access to our digital channels has been restored, allowing you to perform transactions conveniently via your preferred platform. We appreciate your patience during the IT infrastructure upgrade and sincerely apologise for any inconveniences you experienced.”

The bank also reminded customers of its dedication to their security, reiterating that it will never ask for sensitive account information such as PINs, tokens, or login details through phone calls, SMS, or emails. Zenith Bank advised customers to ignore any suspicious messages requesting such details.
