- Internet Banking Platform
- Zenith Agents nationwide for agent banking
In addition to electronic platforms, customers are encouraged to visit any Zenith Bank branch nationwide for in-person transactions, especially for bulk payments and salary requests. The bank assured customers that payment mandates submitted at branches would be processed promptly, improving the overall experience.
