London, England, November 9, 2023 – Joash Ministries, a well-known organisation committed to assisting individuals in securing employment as Health Care Assistants and Carers in the United Kingdom, has strongly denied allegations of fraud against its chairman, Reverend Paul-Kayode Joash.

The allegations in question were raised in a report by a popular Nigerian Daily Newspaper, which claimed that Reverend Joash had defrauded his clients of a substantial sum, N306.1 million.

However, Joash Ministries vehemently refutes these accusations, asserting that there is no evidence to suggest any financial misconduct.

According to the organization’s official statement, Joash Ministries primarily assists individuals in securing employment opportunities in the United Kingdom. It has a history of successfully helping numerous candidates find work from Nigeria.

However, the organization encountered delays and complications related to a care home, along with changes in government regulations, which led to an unforeseen delay in processing the applications of some candidates.

In response to these challenges, Joash Ministries has taken the initiative to refund agency and service fees to affected individuals.

The organisation acknowledged that the refund process has been slower than expected, largely due to pending refunds from their supplying partners.

The statement highlighted that some candidates, feeling frustrated by the situation, have sought the involvement of the police, which subsequently led to the false allegations against Reverend Joash.

“We are fully committed to clearing Rev Paul-Kayode Joash of all baseless charges maliciously brought against him, as well as addressing the needs of our current candidates. This includes providing refunds to candidates requesting them and, most importantly, concluding the process of securing care jobs for our current candidates within the next few weeks,” the statement read in part.

In an attempt to turn adversity into positive change, Joash Ministries has undertaken philanthropic efforts, securing the bail release of 30 inmates at Agodi Prison and covering the WAEC/NECO examination fees for 15 inmates. They also intend to collaborate with Agodi Prison to advocate for justice for those unjustly remanded.

Joash Ministries is an organization dedicated to helping individuals realize their fullest potential as ordained by God. The organization collaborates with other branches, such as Joash Foundation and The Great House Nation Community Church, to reach out to the wider community, maximize opportunities, and showcase individuals’ God-given talents.
