During the altercation, Agboke allegedly grabbed a broken bottle and stabbed Azeez in the neck, leading to severe injuries.

Despite attempts to rush him to the hospital, Azeez succumbed to his injuries before reaching medical attention.

Hundeyin reported that the police were alerted by a complaint from the victim’s family, leading to a swift response at the crime scene.

The body of Azeez was found lying in a pool of blood with a deep neck wound and was subsequently taken to Mainland General Hospital in Yaba for an autopsy.

Agboke has been arrested and is currently in police custody. An investigation is underway to determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
