Adron Homes celebrated Customer Service Week 2024, focusing on employee wellness and customer engagement, under the theme “Above and Beyond.”

The company reaffirmed its dedication to customer satisfaction with events focused on employee wellness and client engagement.

Adron Homes and Properties, a leading real estate company, successfully marked Customer Service Week 2024 from Monday, October 7th to Friday, October 11th, under the theme “Above and Beyond.”

The event reinforced the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service as it prioritises customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Week, celebrated globally, highlights the critical role of customer service and acknowledges the efforts of employees who support and serve customers daily.

Adron Homes embraced this celebration by hosting a series of activities aimed at both employee well-being and strengthening client relationships.

The week kicked off with a health talk promoting healthy lifestyles for employees and customers alike. A customer awareness walk was also organised to connect with the public and raise the company’s visibility.

Additionally, a mental health awareness session focused on workplace wellness and stress management, emphasising the importance of mental health in ensuring a thriving work environment.

Team bonding exercises helped foster collaboration and unity among employees, enhancing their ability to deliver top-tier service.

The week concluded with an awards ceremony celebrating staff members who consistently go above and beyond in customer service.

Speaking during the event, Mrs. Aminat Hastrup Olaniyan, Director General of the Customer Service Directorate at Adron Homes, applauded the company’s leadership.

“I salute the management of Adron Homes for their remarkable strides in the real estate sector. Their commitment to customer satisfaction has set a standard that others in the industry aspire to.

I also deeply appreciate our front-line staff for their relentless efforts in serving our clients,” she remarked.

Group Managing Director, Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing, reiterated the company’s customer-first philosophy, stating, “At Adron Homes, exceeding customer expectations is our top priority.

The company’s Directorate of Customer Service pledged to continue going above and beyond in meeting and exceeding customer expectations, expanding the frontiers of excellence in customer care.
