Access Bank has previously denied the claims, which were brought to public attention by social media influencer, VeryDarkMan.

The allegations assert that the bank denied the existence of the funds and imposed procedural obstacles on the deceased’s sister to access the account.

In a newly released video, the deceased customer’s sister has countered Access Bank’s denial, insisting that the management’s claims are untrue.

The bank had earlier issued a statement addressing the matter, reassuring customers of its commitment to integrity and due process.

However, this new video raises fresh concerns and questions about the bank’s handling of the allegations.
