Her legal team has expressed readiness to present “credible evidence” before the court during the trial.

Mr. West-Idahosa, in a statement released yesterday, Saturday, May 24, 2025, confirmed that the suit, marked CR/297/25, was received around 2:30 pm on Friday, May 23, 2025, within the premises of the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja.
