PWAN land allocation update

COMPREHENSIVE UPDATE ON LAND ALLOCATION ISSUES AND ONGOING RESOLUTIONS AT PWAN GROUP

3rd July, 2025, Lagos Nigeria –

PWAN Group, Nigeria’s foremost real estate network marketing company, wishes to provide an important update to its esteemed clients, partners, stakeholders, and the general public on the proactive measures being taken to address concerns related to land allocation.

As a customer-centric organization built on the pillars of trust, service, and integrity, PWAN Group remains steadfast in its resolve to ensure that every client receives full value for their investment, with timely and equitable land allocations.

Swift Leadership Response

In a decisive move to reassure stakeholders and restore clarity amidst rising concerns, the FOUNDER of PWAN Group, Dr. Augustine Onwumere, immediately issued a public video statement calling on all subscribers experiencing allocation issues to come forward. This transparent gesture underscored the Group’s unwavering dedication to accountability and direct engagement with its clientele.

In response, PWAN Group has received over 120 formal complaints, each of which is being diligently reviewed and processed by our internal resolution taskforce. As of the time of this release, a total of 82 allocations have been successfully processed and addressed, signifying significant progress in resolving both legacy and emerging issues.

Understanding the Nature of Client Concerns

Our internal review reveals that the majority of complaints were not just about non-allocation, but rather stemmed from clients requesting second or follow-up visits to their allocated plots—many of which are located outside urban centers, as is common with high-yield, emerging estate locations.

PWAN Group acknowledges the inconvenience that long-distance site visits may pose and is exploring digital mapping tools and enhanced client support services to mitigate these challenges.

Importantly, clients are strongly encouraged to take acts of possession—especially by fencing their plots upon allocation. This simple but critical step prevents future encroachment, clarifies physical boundaries, and strengthens ownership claims. Early possession also helps avert future complaints or misunderstandings regarding location or accessibility.

Reaffirmation of Allocation Progress and Client Support

The Group reiterates that more than 75% of land allocation-related concerns have been successfully resolved, with clients already taking possession of their land and many commencing development. For cases involving title-related complications, a structured reallocation process is in place to assign alternative plots of equal or greater value.

We also emphasize the need for clients to complete all necessary payments and documentation, as delays in processing are often linked to outstanding obligations or incomplete records. Clients based abroad are encouraged to update their contact details via our verified platforms to ensure seamless communication.

Launch of “Fence Your Plot Project” Campaign
To complement the call for early possession, PWAN has launched the “Fence Your Plot Project” (FYPP) campaign. This initiative urges all allottees to demarcate their land physically upon allocation. Beyond reinforcing ownership, fencing helps protect client investments, supports structured estate planning, and drastically reduces the risk of trespass or boundary disputes.

Combating Misinformation with Facts

In recent weeks, certain inaccurate and misleading narratives have emerged on social media. Specifically, Mr. Scott Iguma has disseminated unverified claims against PWAN Group. The company clarifies that multiple invitations were extended to Mr. Iguma to present documented evidence of his claims. Unfortunately, no such evidence has been submitted. PWAN Group continues to prioritize dialogue and has also involved appropriate legal and law enforcement channels to ensure transparency and protect the interests of its clients.

The Group urges the general public to disregard unsubstantiated social media commentary and rely solely on verified information published through PWAN’s official channels.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement
PWAN Group remains in continuous dialogue with critical stakeholders, including State Governments traditional rulers, and host communities, to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and sustainable development in all estate locations.

A Call for Continued Engagement

We invite all clients with pending concerns to contact PWAN Group directly via our official phone lines, website, or social media handles. Every concern matter, and we remain fully committed to resolving all outstanding issues promptly and transparently.

PWAN Group is more than real estate—we are People Who Are in Need of People. We are building legacies, creating wealth, and upholding a promise of excellence.

Signed,
Management
