Ms. Judy Melifonwu, NCSP Head of International Relations, said the agreement is expected to deliver substantial benefits for Nigeria, including access to advanced Chinese technology, STEM-focused scholarships and technical training, as well as collaboration in sectors such as steel development, agriculture, automobile industrial parks, and cultural-industrial initiatives.

The NCSP Director-General reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to structured execution, noting that PICTT provides expertise and shared purpose.

He stressed the importance of measurable indicators and accountability frameworks to ensure the partnership delivers tangible national outcomes.
