Chiejina is the only Nigerian featured this year, marking his fifth consecutive inclusion since 2021 and underscoring his global influence in corporate reputation management.

Published annually by PRovoke Media, the Influence 100 celebrates senior communications, corporate affairs, and marketing executives demonstrating strategic clarity, cultural intelligence, and leadership amid complex global challenges.

The 2025 ranking highlights Chiejina’s central role in shaping the Dangote Group’s reputation across cement, agriculture, energy, manufacturing, and consumer goods.

His stewardship has positioned the conglomerate as Africa’s most admired indigenous company and a symbol of continental industrial ambition.

PRovoke Media noted that honourees were assessed on organisational seniority, global reach, agency influence, budget oversight, and contributions to industry thought leadership.

The 2025 list features 28 new entrants alongside notable global re-entries, including leaders from Apple, Nike, Microsoft, Walmart, and Coca-Cola.

Chiejina’s career spans over 15 years at Dangote, preceded by senior roles at Zenith Bank, Oceanic Bank, Seven Up Bottling Company, African Economic Digest, and African Concord.

This breadth of experience informs his strategic communications approach and engagement with stakeholders both locally and internationally.

Under his leadership, Dangote Group’s communications function has navigated major industrial expansions, regulatory complexity, and increased global attention, particularly as the company advances sustainability and energy security initiatives.

The Influence 100 this year represents 20 countries, sustaining a female majority with 58 women and 42 men, while also being the most highly educated cohort to date.
