The actor, known for his intense performances, described the project as emotionally demanding and personally resonant.

He suggested that the film’s themes and performances stayed with him long after filming wrapped.

Michael B. Jordan’s emotional reaction to Sinners adds to growing public interest in the film, which is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Ryan Coogler.

The project has already attracted attention for its emotional depth and storytelling strength.

The actor also revealed that Sinners is not the only screen work that has moved him to tears.

He recalled becoming emotional while watching the blockbuster film Armageddon.

“I dropped tears in Armageddon big-time,” he said.

Beyond live-action films, Jordan said animated stories can also have a profound effect on him.

He referenced an emotional moment in the final season of the anime My Hero Academia, describing a scene where a long-standing character finally receives recognition from a mentor.

Michael B. Jordan described the moment as beautiful, noting that powerful storytelling, regardless of format, continues to move him deeply.
