The MasterChef Nigeria fashion challenge pushed contestants into unfamiliar territory, where cooking under pressure was combined with collaboration and strategy in a race against time.
The challenge took a creative turn as the home cooks drew inspiration from Nigerian fashion, transforming bold runway looks into edible culinary art pieces that reflected colour, texture, and style.
To elevate the experience, the kitchen welcomed fashion expert and Zinkata founder Ezinne Chinkata as guest judge, alongside eight models who brought Lagos Fashion Week energy into the culinary space.
Having won the previous challenge, Fads earned the advantage of selecting a teammate and chose Demilade, shaping a structured Red Team lineup that also included Loye and Favy.

The Red Team approached the MasterChef Nigeria fashion challenge with organisation and clarity, assigning roles carefully and building a menu designed to match the runway-inspired brief.
In contrast, the Blue Team, led by David, adopted a more instinctive and fluid approach, which sparked creative differences and led to a heated clash between Isabella and David under mounting pressure.
Despite internal tensions, the Blue Team ultimately impressed the judges with a bold interpretation of the brief, securing victory in a challenge that tested both creativity and teamwork.
The episode ended on a suspenseful note as members of the Red Team, including Demilade, Fads, Loye, and Favy, head into the season’s first Pressure Test, where one contestant will face elimination.
