The Fuji legend personally guided guests through various sections of the facility, engaging in conversations as he highlighted key features of the project. Videos from the tour quickly circulated online, sparking admiration from fans and social media users.
Luxury Resort development in Ijebu by Kwam1 has emerged as one of the singer’s most notable business investments outside the entertainment industry. Reactions online reflected widespread interest in both the scale of the development and the ambition behind the project.
Several admirers praised the accomplishment, describing the resort as impressive and a testament to the rewards of long-term investment.
Others noted that the development further demonstrates the growing trend of Nigerian entertainers diversifying into hospitality and real estate ventures.
The unveiling also reignited discussions about Kwam1’s business success and wealth.
Similar conversations surfaced two years ago when images of one of his luxury properties attracted public scrutiny and comparisons with other high-profile entertainers.
Beyond music, Kwam1 has remained active in community and cultural affairs.
The singer recently declared interest in the vacant Awujale stool, citing his lineage within the Jadiara Royal House.
The claim, however, has been disputed by members of the Fusengbuwa Ruling House, leading to an ongoing legal challenge.
In 2023, Kwam1 received the title of Olori Omoba Akile Ijebu during the annual Ojude Oba Festival, a recognition that further strengthened his connection to the Ijebu community.
