King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, a Nigerian real estate entrepreneur and founder of Ochacho Real Homes, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted to TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, and his wife Elizabeth Amadou, popularly called Jarvis, as a modest gesture compared with what he plans to do in future.

Speaking during a TikTok livestream on Monday, two days after the couple’s wedding in Lagos, King Ochacho said the value of the Abuja mansion was insignificant to him and his family, while explaining that generosity remains an important part of his personal values.

“₦400 million is no money. ₦400 million is just ₦400 Naira as far as Ice King, Money Man, Ochacho Real Estate is concerned. It’s small money to them,” he said.

The real estate mogul explained that his decision to present the property to Peller was influenced by the content creator’s character and kindness.

“Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double what we have because we give,” Ochacho said.

He added that the mansion would be the smallest gift he would present to the TikTok personality, suggesting that more support could follow in the future.

“But Peller, let me tell you the truth. That house is going to be the smallest gift ever I’m going to give to Peller. The next one I’ll give to Peller, they will off light in this country,” he said.

The presentation of the mansion took place during Peller and Jarvis’ wedding ceremony, where Ochacho announced that the property was being gifted on behalf of his children.

“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller,” he said.

The announcement attracted widespread attention online, with clips from the ceremony quickly circulating across social media platforms.

The wedding brought together entertainers, influencers and public figures, including actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus, influencer Nons Miraj, singer Zinoleesky and Tanzanian musician Juma Jux.

Beyond the wedding gift, King Ochacho also announced plans to support students struggling with school fees as part of his son Ice King’s birthday celebration.

He said selected beneficiaries with verified school accounts would have their fees paid directly to their institutions.

“If you have not paid your school fees and you have a genuine school account, Ice King is going to help you on Thursday on his birthday,” he said.

The gift follows a promise the entrepreneur made months earlier during the wedding celebration of music executive Soso Soberekon, where he pledged to support Peller’s marriage plans.
