An unnamed man who said he is a licensed estate agent in Canada alleged, in a video circulated in the United Kingdom on Sunday 13 September 2026 by the X account OverSabi (@korejay), that a £650 advance for a London room never produced keys or a landlord after the money left through a payment link he traces to company director Terrence Capital.
The man said he and his team had been scouting a UK foothold while they already hold property interests in Canada and the United States.

Renting one furnished room through OpenRent, he argued, would cost less than weeks of hotels. An agent sent a payment link. He paid. Contact then stopped.
The receipt shown in the clip records £650.00 taken at 18:54 on 11 September 2026 by Visa, described as a payment to Selfany for digital products.
The platform behind the link, he said, later pointed him to the person who created it. That name was Terrence Capital.
Companies House records listed by commercial registries show Terrence Capital as a director of Ironhaven Construction Limited, company number 12166864, appointed in January 2025 and recorded as a person with significant control.
The same name appears against Buysellown&Co Ltd and the dissolved ATSS Group Limited, whose director appointment dated from 6 January 2025.
Endole describes Terrence Capital as a young British director, about 24. Those filings have not been tested in court as proof of this rental.
The speaker then turned to social profiles he says belong to the same man. Those pages, he told viewers, show a pastor’s platform, luxury cars and ties to CNG Community, Capital Family and the movement once called SPAC Nation.
Connect New Gen, or CNG, is listed on the official site of SPAC Nxtion Family as one of the New Gen churches visited by founder Pastor Tobi Adegboyega on a churches tour.
That listing shows an organisational overlap. It does not, by itself, prove that church leaders ordered or knew of the £650 transfer.
“I’m going to be digging this to the very last crumb,” the unidentified man said. He added a warning aimed at the wider circle. “Toby and the rest of you, I’m giving you guys 48 hours to come and explain how this happened. After 48 hours, I will let the dog loose on all of you in every shape and form, social and legal.”
Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, 45, born in Ibadan and based for years in London, founded Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church, known as SPAC Nation, after arriving from Nigeria in 2005.
He handed day-to-day leadership to Pastor Samuel Akokhia in 2020 and the group later restyled itself as the Nxtion Family.
The Insolvency Service secured a High Court winding-up of Salvation Proclaimer Ministries Limited in June 2022 after investigators said the charity could not properly account for more than £1.87 million and ran with a lack of transparency.
The Metropolitan Police had already dropped a criminal inquiry into fraud allegations in 2020, saying it found no organisation-wide offence. Adegboyega has long denied claims that members were financially exploited.
The Charity Commission later published findings on the old charity. The movement continues under the new name and still presents itself as a youth and enterprise ministry.
No public reply from Terrence Capital or from Pastor Tobi Adegboyega had appeared by the morning of 14 September 2026.
The speaker said he would take the matter to UK police unless a “meaningful disassociation” explained how a link created in that name collected rent that never materialised. Viewers on X urged a card chargeback. One reply suggested the identity could be cloned. Those comments remain unverified.
Rental advance fraud is a familiar British complaint. Genuine platforms such as OpenRent warn tenants never to pay off-site.
The speaker said he had already found similar stories on Reddit. The clip mixes company screenshots, lifestyle montages and a suited speaker addressing a CNG-branded room.
The force of the post is the demand for an account, not a finished prosecution. OverSabi shared the video but is not the man on camera.

Whether the £650 ends as a bank dispute, a police file or an unanswered clip will turn on what Terrence Capital and the Nxtion circle say next. The unnamed speaker has set a short clock.
