Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji has declared that anyone campaigning for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election loves Nigeria, while those opposed to it are enemies of the country.
Oyebanji made the remarks during a rally organised by the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement in Ado-Ekiti.
“Anybody that is campaigning for the re-election of President Tinubu is working for the progress of this country. Anybody against his re-election is an enemy of Nigeria,” he said.
The governor insisted that Tinubu deserves another term in office, citing the President’s support for Ekiti State.
He said Tinubu’s victory in 2027 should not be in doubt, adding that the focus should be on the margin of victory.
Oyebanji urged supporters to work towards securing at least 90 per cent of the votes for the President in the state, describing it as the best way to appreciate federal support for his administration’s achievements.
The event also featured the presentation of campaign vehicles as part of mobilisation efforts for the 2027 elections.
