It was Fenerbahce’s first Turkish Cup success in 10 years.
Belgium forward, Michy Batshuayi scored both goals for the Yellow Canaries in the first half.
Osayi-Samuel started the game from the bench and was introduced 15 minutes from time.
The game could be the 25-year-old’s last for Fenerbahce as he is now expected to move elsewhere.
Rangers, Bournemouth and Leeds United are among the clubs interested in his services.
