Adeleke appoint new chief judge shun court’s order 

Governor Ademola Adeleke appointed Justice Olayinka Afolabi as the acting chief judge of Osun State, following the suspension of Justice Oyebola Ojo.

Olawale Rasheed, his spokesperson, said in a statement that the appointment is a result of the House of Assembly’s resolution requesting Justice Ojo to resign.

After the House of Assembly’s resolution was approved, Governor Ademola Adeleke named Justice Olayinka David Afolabi as the acting Chief Judge of Osun State. This appointment is effective immediately.
