Adron Homes women empowerment drive highlighted on International Women’s Day as the firm promotes leadership, mentorship and inclusive growth

Adron Homes and Properties has reaffirmed its commitment to women empowerment as the world marks International Women’s Day 2026, pledging to expand opportunities for women to lead and shape the future of Nigeria’s real estate sector.

The company made the declaration on Saturday while celebrating the global observance held annually on March 8.

This year’s theme, “Give To Gain,” calls for intentional investment in women through improved access to resources, education, mentorship and leadership platforms.

Adron Homes said its organisational culture prioritises gender inclusion across operational levels, from executive management and regional administration to marketing leadership, client experience and field operations.

The firm noted that women play strategic roles in driving growth and strengthening service delivery across the business.

According to the company, empowering women within the workplace is not merely a policy position but a powerful strategy that stimulates innovation, improves decision-making and builds stronger relationships with stakeholders.

The real estate developer also highlighted internal capacity-building programmes designed to prepare female professionals for leadership roles.

Through mentorship initiatives, leadership exposure and performance-based advancement systems, the organisation said it continues to nurture a new generation of women leaders in the property industry.

Delivering a message to commemorate the day, the Executive Vice Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties, Olori Aderonke Emmanuelking, emphasised the importance of sustained support for women in the workplace.

“The theme ‘Give To Gain’ speaks to a principle we strongly believe in at Adron Homes. Empowering women is an investment with lasting returns.

When women are supported to lead and succeed, the impact goes beyond the workplace; it transforms families, industries and society at large.

We remain committed to building systems that help women rise and thrive,” Emmanuelking said.

The company added that its celebration of International Women’s Day reflects a broader mission of developing not only thriving residential communities but also a workplace culture where talent is recognised without bias and leadership opportunities remain open to all.
