In an inspiring prelude to the Nigerian Super Eagles’ debut match at the 34th Africa Cup of Nations finals beginning this weekend, the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has embraced the popular Naija 2024 sentiment, saying “No Gree For Anybody.”

The governor reminisced on a previous encounter with the Eagles, sharing a throwback video from when Lagos hosted the national team before their departure for AFCON 2023.

Expressing anticipation for their opening match, the governor’s message to the Super Eagles echoed determination and resilience.

“Bring home the Nations Cup,” he declared, encapsulating the collective hopes of the nation as the Eagles embark on their AFCON 2023 journey.
