The disappearance of a young model, Princess, has left her family and friends in a state of distress as they frantically search for clues about her whereabouts.
Princess, who resides in Akowonjo, Lagos, left her home early in the morning accompanied by her friend Precious, under mysterious circumstances.
According to Princess’ younger sister, she informed her family that she was heading out for a modeling gig but instructed her sister to tell anyone who inquired about her that she had gone to the bank instead.
Concerns grew when Princess failed to answer any of the numerous calls made by her worried family members.
However, as the hours ticked by, Princess finally picked up the phone but sounded terrified and distraught. The nature of the call left her family even more concerned about her safety and well-being.

Meanwhile, Precious, her friend, sent a distressing text message to both her father and aunt, indicating their arrival in Ogun State and expressing fear.
Shortly after the alarming text message, both Princess and Precious’ phone lines became unreachable, exacerbating the anxiety of their loved ones.
According to a post shared on X by 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐘 (@iwhtney), the alarming twist to the story was when a WhatsApp group was created named ‘Family’ with a chilling message.
“This morning Princess left her home (Akowonjo in Lagos) with a traveling bag and told her younger sister she’s going for a modeling gig, but if anyone asks after her, she should lie and tell them she went to the bank. She went with her friend Precious.
“Princess’ family is worried and they tried severally to reach her on the phone, but failed. After several failed attempt, Princess picks up, but sounded very scared on the other end of the phone.
“Precious her friend however, sent a text to her dad and her aunt from this number 07033122620 telling them she’s scared and that they are on their way to Ogun State.
“After the call from Princess and text from Precious, their lines became unreachable.
“Moments later, the family realized someone had created a WhatsApp group and named it “Family” and added all the family members. Then left a message that read “I LEFT THE HOUSE TO ACHIEVE MY DREAMS. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME”
“Find screenshots below 👇🏾,” the handle wrote.
“Princess’ family believe she didn’t create this group. Neither did she write those messages herself.
“They don’t know the location of the modeling gig and till this very moment, Princess and her friend Precious are nowhere to be found.
“Princess’ family is pleading with the public and anyone who may have any useful information about Princess and her friend or how they can find them to call this number 08089987712.
“Princess’ mom has been to the police station at Afonka Police station at Akonwonjo reported the case and also write a statement. And the police told her to come back with the pictures of Princess and princess tomorrow. This was around 9pm,” she concluded.
