Carter Efe reflects on his career choice, crediting his late father for valuing education while he pursued entertainment instead
Streamer and content creator Carter Efe has reflected on how his career might have been different if his father were alive, speaking candidly during a recent appearance on the Honest Bunch Podcast.

Carter Efe praised his father for instilling a strong appreciation for education despite financial hardships.
He revealed that his father raised seven children, five of whom went on to graduate from university with degrees in Biochemistry, Medicine, Pharmacy, and other fields.
Despite this academic influence, Carter Efe took a different path, pursuing a career in entertainment.
He humorously attributed his choice to what he called “studying fooling,” suggesting that he might have followed a more traditional academic route if his father had been alive to guide him.
“If my dad dey alive, I for no be content creator. The man to like school. He no get money but he born seven children. Five graduate from school. One studied Biochemistry, another Medicine, Pharmacy and others. Me I studied fooling. Like when e come to mumu, I be best. I mumu d!” Carter Efe said during the podcast.
