The influencer praised Davido, noting the estate is meant for a 16-bedroom luxury mansion, not a factory.
Fans quickly reacted, estimating the cost of the plots. Real estate agents claim a single plot at Eko Atlantic can cost around N4.2 billion, with an acre going for N33.6 billion.
Some viewers speculated that Davido received part of the land as a gift from his father, later purchasing adjacent plots.
Davido’s property portfolio includes homes in Ikoyi, Banana Island, and recently Atlanta, USA.
He is also known for his luxury cars, with his 2025 Rolls-Royce recently delivered to Lagos.
