At the heart of this innovation is Mr. Olaniyi Dopamu, Executive Chairman and CEO of D-Degree Digital Hub, affectionately known as ‘Digital-ND’.

A visionary entrepreneur and technology leader, Mr. Dopamu has consistently developed practical and user-friendly Fintech support solutions that have served a diverse range of clients, including banks, financial institutions, government departments and agencies at both federal and state levels, as well as non-governmental organisations.

In a press statement issued from the company’s corporate office at Dideolu Court Estate, Ogba-Ikeja, Lagos, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Segun Agunbiade described the DDSA App as a “three-pronged solution platform.”

He stated that it is designed to address systemic challenges in acquisition and deployment for both governments and corporate bodies.

“The DDSA is designed to address the long-standing gaps in digital recruitment, real-time payment, and transparent recovery mechanisms through a unified ecosystem. It is a timely solution that speaks to the evolving needs of digital Africa,” said Agunbiade.

DDSA is not just an app but an ecosystem designed to unlock economic empowerment and inclusive growth across Africa.

Precursor activities leading up to the June 30 launch will include a series of events, stakeholder engagements, and digital demonstrations aimed at showcasing the App’s capabilities and onboarding early adopters from both the public and private sectors.

The COO further disclosed the key entry features for engagement within the App:

JobTech (DDSA): Focused on driving job creation by enabling agents to deliver services across various sectors, with an ambitious goal of employing over 20 million Nigerians and 200 million Africans within five years.

Fintech (DDPay): Facilitating secure and seamless digital payment transactions to bridge financial gaps and serve underserved communities.

Recovery (DDRecoveTech): Offering digital debt recovery and micro-credit solutions to promote financial stability and inclusion.

Agunbiade highlighted that the DDSA’s unique architecture will enable agents to operate simultaneously across a wide range of sectors.

These include Banking and Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy and Utilities, Agriculture and Agribusiness, Real Estate and Housing, Legal Services, E-commerce and FMCG, Transport and Mobility, Education, Telecommunications, Pension and Investment, Credit Guaranty, and Informal Sector Services, among others.

According to the D-Degree Digital Hub COO, “this all-in-one platform redefines financial inclusion by enabling agents to work across sectors without switching applications.”

He emphasised that, “DDSA is not just an app but an an ecosystem designed to unlock economic empowerment and inclusive growth across Africa.”

With the imminent launch of DDSA, D-Degree Digital Hub reaffirms its commitment to fostering inclusive economic growth, significantly bridging the unemployment gap, and digitally transforming financial operations across Africa.
