A humorous moment ensued after a tenant who had moved to a house asked the landlord to fix floor tiles and electric cables in his new acquired apartment which the landlord had disregarded. Upon the landlord’s refusal to make the adjustments the man fixed them all without the landlord’s help.

Celestine Omin, who had shared the story via the twitter noted that the tenant told his landlord before moving into the house to fix the electric cables and also tiles to the floor of the apartment.

Prior to his relocation the tenant alongside children got hammers and broke the tiles, went on to pull out the electric cables after the landlord had refused to share off the bill.

Celestine wrote:
“A guy once told his landlord to tile his apartment and fix the electric cables before moving in, Landlord said No. Guy fixed it and the landlord refused to share the bill.

“When he was moving out, he bought hammer for the kids around and they broke the tiles and pulled the cables.”
