Speaking on The Honest Bunch Podcast, Anunobi revealed that some viewers confused her with her character, Anita a bold and promiscuous escort and labeled her a “husband snatcher” and “mammy water.”

She stated:

“I faced a lot of backlash for my role in Glamour Girls 2. At that time, many people pretended they didn’t watch such movies, yet they labeled me Sharon Stone, Mammy Water, Husband Snatcher… It got to a point where women would hold their men tightly if they saw me.”
