Prince Femi Odulaja, fondly called Femostika, launched an energy sector focused tv show, Rig to Pump (Rig2Pump or R2P), after noticing an in depth gap in the reportage of the Nigerian oil and gas industry.
With decades of accomplishments under his belt working for the biggest international oil company before his retirement, Prince Odulaja has spent several years in the media industry and is also the publisher of History magazine, a quarterly magazine curating the unforgettable world histories with special focus on Nigeria.
Rig to Pump (Rig2Pump or R2P), a new interactive 30minutes per episode TV talk show, brings information and insights to topics that affect and interest the end consumers of the oil and gas industry’s products.
The show also seeks to bridge the gap between various stakeholders in the industry, while at the same time affording the audience the opportunity to ask key personalities and individuals questions bothering on issues of concern.
According to the anchor, the show is also designed to educate its viewers as every edition treats a new topic, with contents designed to maximally deliver every bit of useful information among which are the mineral, the people, the technology, its upstream, midstream and downstream sales.
It also includes dissipating adequate information on the safety and hazards of the use of these minerals with special attention on their social and environmental impacts.
Prince Odulaja, aside from being an entrepreneur in the hospitality sector, is also a prominent politician.
