According to a video made available to Freelannews, A Ghanaian Pastor was seen charging his female members to take a bath up at the altar naked as a cross over ritual.
The members who were urged to come forward did so hurriedly, going to the altar one after the other to be washed up by the pastor in a basin while another man, allegedly his assistant applied olive oil on their body.
The Pastor was convinced that the instruction had come from God and he had to carry it out despite the public’s disapproval in a bid to set his members holy and pure.
The cleric also claimed that he got the directive from above and knows it might cause controversy even though he has no option than to obey the spirit.
Local news platforms in Ghana reported that the Pastor engaged in the ritual to cleanse his members so they will be “holy and pure.”
