Comedian criticises UK healthcare system while recounting daughter’s prolonged health struggle

I Go Save commends Nigerian medical professionals while reflecting on his daughter’s prolonged health struggle

Nigerian comedian I Go Save laud’s Nigerian doctors after revealing that his daughter experienced a prolonged ear infection that allegedly lasted for nearly two years before showing signs of improvement through online medical support.

Sharing details of the experience on Instagram, I Go Save said the condition began as a simple ear infection but later developed into persistent pain.

The comedian explained that significant progress only started after they sought help from a Nigerian family doctor who provided consultations remotely.

“I just wish Nigerian doctors could build an app where Nigerians in the diaspora, especially in the UK, can consult doctors and get treated quickly,” he wrote.

I Go Save hails Nigerian doctors’ efforts comments also included criticism of the healthcare system in the United Kingdom, which he described as increasingly nonchalant during emergencies.

“The UK medical system is steadily becoming clueless and nonchalant, no matter how serious the emergency is,” he added.

I Go Save specifically appreciated Dr Irhabor, also known as Crespo, for assisting his family during the difficult period.

“Shout-out to my Nigerian family doctor, who has been helping us online, and we’re already witnessing drastic improvements,” he said.

The comedian further commended Nigerian healthcare professionals for their commitment and dedication, praying for continued strength for doctors serving within and outside the country.

Beyond healthcare issues, I Go Save has recently used social media to comment on social and economic conditions in Nigeria, including rising poverty and street begging in Lagos.

He previously urged authorities to address the growing number of beggars in public spaces while also encouraging Nigerians to support one another amid economic hardship.

I Go Save speaks highly of Nigerian doctors remarks have since generated reactions online, with many social media users applauding Nigerian medical professionals for their resilience and expertise despite challenges in the healthcare sector.
