Ilebaye facelift sparks reactions online as the BBNaija All Stars winner undergoes cosmetic procedure to achieve a younger, lifted Gen Z look
Big Brother Naija All Stars winner Ilebaye Odiniya has stirred conversations online after revealing that she underwent a cosmetic facelift procedure.

Videos circulating on social media showed the reality television star at a hospital while preparing for the procedure, which she said was aimed at enhancing her appearance.
Speaking in one of the clips, Ilebaye Odiniya explained that she opted for the facelift because she wanted to appear younger, lifted and rejuvenated, while still maintaining her natural look.
“I want to look younger, lifted and rejuvenated, but I still want to look like me though,” the reality star said.
“I still want to look like a Gen Z baddie.”
The development has triggered widespread reactions among fans and followers, many of whom have debated cosmetic procedures among celebrities and social media personalities.
In recent years, several Nigerian entertainers and reality television stars have openly discussed undergoing cosmetic enhancements.
Earlier this year, skitmaker Oluwa Dollarz’s partner Ife Luv documented her experience undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), expressing gratitude after the successful surgery and emphasising the importance of choosing experienced professionals.
Similarly, Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo previously revealed she had a tummy tuck procedure, while former Big Brother Naija housemate Nina Ivy shared her decision to undergo breast reduction surgery after the birth of her children.
BBNaija Level Up winner Phyna also confirmed in an interview that she had undergone a tummy procedure, though she noted she had not altered other parts of her body.
Another reality star, Bambam, disclosed that she had liposuction surgery and later spoke openly about the lesser-known challenges associated with cosmetic procedures.
