Some movie practitioners were celebrated by the Innersloth Limited during the movie premiere of Kokoro by BlingDiamond Concept at the prestigious Blue Moon Events Centre, Lekki, Lagos, on May 21, 2022.
Innersloth, a company set up to protect the cultural heritages across the African continent, singled out a veteran Nollywood actor, Saheed Balogun and the producer of the movie, Olabisi Adeyemi, for the honour.
According to the CEO of the company, Olori Ololade Oshin, the gesture became necessary in order to encourage the cast and crew of the movie for a job well done.
“Kokoro is a movie that tends to promote Yoruba culture by not uttering one single English word throughout,” Olori Oshin said,”Hence, by the presentation of these branded shirts to the producer and the lead actor in the movie, it is our little way of appreciating this effort.”
According to the storyline, Olabisi Adeyemi tells a story of a family man who finds it hard to believe that his childhood friend and business associate is responsible for his family destruction.

“As you already know that, I just don’t produce movies for the sake of it. I love my job and I always ensure I take my time writing the scripts in order to ensure that all ingredients needed to make a very good movie are not missing.
“And Kokoro is no exception. Aside from making sure the story is tight, best thespians in the Nollywood industry acted in the project,” the producer, Adeyemi, revealed.
