‘Interesting’ MTN, Ultima Studios to launch famous game show

Mobile telecommunications company during the week, announced its partnership with Ultima Studios to bring a global TV game show, ‘Family Feud’, to Nigeria.

The reality game show, which is set to start airing from October 7, 2022, will feature different families who will compete by guessing the most popular responses to a series of questions.

A former Big Brother Naija housemate, Bisola Aiyeola, was also announced as the host of the show.

The Chief Digital Officer, MTN Nigeria, Aisha Umar-Mumuni, stated that the show will provide an avenue for bonding both on the sides of participating families and viewing families. She said, “The show will give people another avenue to bond. It will be informative, provide comic relief and showcase the personalities of different families across generations.”

On his part, the Chief Executive Officer of Ultima Studios, Femi Ayeni, noted that ‘family’ in the context of the show could be made up of nuclear family members, friends from work or even neighbours, as long as the relationship binds people together. The show will also have exciting prizes for winning viewers who participate in a game trivia that will take place as the show is being aired.
