Police seize 324,000 used condoms being recycled and resold in Vietnam
Police in Vietnam have seized 324,000 used condoms that were allegedly being recycled to be sold again.
According to reports, workers were hired to clean and dry the condoms before reshaping them with different sized wooden dildos and repackaging them.
Police raided a warehouse in the southern Binh Duong province, on September 19, 2020, and arrested the owner, Pham Thi Thanh Ngoc.
The 33-year-old told police she had been receiving the used condoms once a month from and unknown person. Her alleged role was to clean, dry and sort the condoms before making them look fresh again for new customers.
