‘It’s frustrating’ Erica says she doesn’t want to be Nigerian anymore

2020 Big Brother Nigeria (BBNaija) housemate, Erica Nlewedim, has expressed her displeasure with the situation of things in Nigeria.

In recent times, several Nigerians have been taking to social media to lament the widespread hardship and worsening insecurity in the country.

The concerns heightened on Monday after gunmen attacked a train along the Abuja-Kaduna road, leaving several passengers dead and injured while some were abducted in the process.

Mr Macaroni, Falz, Blaqbonez, and Mildred Okwo were among celebrities who earlier condemned the attack.

In the wake of the attack, Ghana ended Nigeria’s World Cup dream on Tuesday — further dampening the mood of Nigerians.

Reflecting on the happenings in the country via her Twitter page, the reality TV star said “it is frustrating” to be a Nigerian.

In the now-deleted tweet, Erica also said she does not want to be a Nigerian anymore.

“I really don’t want to be a Nigerian anymore, it’s so frustrating,” she wrote in the terse post.

Erica was one of the most-talked about housemates during her stint on BBNaija’s fifth edition titled ‘Lockdown’.

The 26-year-old was disqualified from the show after involving in a confrontation with Laycon, the edition’s eventual winner.

Last year, the actress opened up on how she overcame the trauma of being disqualified from the show.
