Iyabo Ojo shares her harrowing experience of surviving rape and reaffirms her commitment to fighting sexual violence with zero tolerance.

 

 

Famous Nigerian actress Iyabo Ojo has revealed that she was raped five times, shedding light on her traumatic past and reinforcing her unwavering stance against sexual violence.

The revelation came during a candid interview on the Talk to B podcast, where the actress openly discussed her experiences and her advocacy for survivors of rape.

The actress also delved into her family history, describing it as “complicated,” and explained how her experiences shaped her determination to support survivors and raise awareness.

She added that speaking out is part of her journey to healing and advocacy.

Ojo’s courage in sharing her story has sparked widespread discussions about the prevalence of sexual violence in society.
