JMG Limited has completed the installation and commissioning of a compressed air system capable of delivering approximately 29 cubic metres of air per minute for Mamuda, as the manufacturing company prepares for future production expansion.
The project, executed through JMG Industrial, the company’s compressed air division, involved designing and installing infrastructure tailored to Mamuda’s operating requirements, including air demand, pressure, quality and storage capacity.

According to JMG, the installation was completed on July 24, 2026, followed by commissioning and performance tests to assess pressure stability and operational readiness.
The system comprises three Kaeser compressors, two CSD 90 units and one CSD 130 unit, alongside two TE 122 refrigeration dryers, a 2,000-litre air receiver tank, line filtration equipment and ECO-DRAIN condensate management components.
The compressors deliver a combined output of approximately 29 cubic metres per minute at an operating pressure of 8.5 bar.
The two CSD 90 units each deliver 8.45 cubic metres per minute, while the CSD 130 supplies 12 cubic metres per minute.
The refrigeration dryers, each rated at 12.5 cubic metres per minute and 16 bar, are intended to help maintain the air quality required for Mamuda’s manufacturing processes.
Speaking on the project’s completion, Rao Preetham, Service Manager at JMG Limited, said the system had undergone commissioning and final performance tests.
“The Kaeser compressed air system has been successfully commissioned and passed all final tests. We are confident that the installation will provide Mamuda with a reliable and efficient source of compressed air to support its production machinery and future operational requirements,” Preetham said.
Compressed air is an important utility in many industrial environments, powering pneumatic equipment and supporting production processes.
A reliable supply can help manufacturers maintain operational continuity as production demands increase.
JMG said its approach to the Mamuda project extended beyond equipment supply to include technical assessment, system design, equipment selection, installation, commissioning and after-sales support.
The company provides power generation, solar energy, compressed air systems, electrical infrastructure, heating and cooling systems, and other electromechanical solutions to businesses and institutions across Nigeria.
The installation adds to JMG Industrial’s portfolio of compressed air projects, while providing Mamuda with infrastructure designed around its current manufacturing needs and anticipated growth.
