The former governor wrote, “I am on TikTok!”
He added, “I encourage you all to follow me there for authentic information, the latest updates, and exclusive contents directly related to my daily life.”

His announcement provides another avenue for the politician to communicate directly with supporters and other Nigerians, sharing updates about his activities without relying solely on traditional media channels.
TikTok, which is widely known for its short-form videos, has become a platform for public figures to share personal updates, communicate their messages and engage with audiences, particularly younger users.
Kwankwaso’s move comes ahead of the 2027 general elections. He is identified in the source report as the National Democratic Congress (NDC) vice-presidential candidate for the election.
