Organised by Princess Adetutu Jakande, CEO of Angel Global Promotions UK, this marks the fifth edition of Ale Asa Wa.

“Our event serves as a significant platform for celebrating African heritage and highlighting the talents of individuals contributing to the entertainment industry,” Jakande explained.

This year’s ‘Our Night of Heritage’ will blend tradition with contemporary entertainment, streaming live worldwide to showcase the dynamic impact of African culture in the diaspora.

The event boasts a stellar lineup of performances designed to bring glamour and excitement to the night. Gospel sensation Biyi Samuel, renowned Fuji artist Alhaji Lateef (known as Student Fuji), and Afro-soul singer Kemi Alayo (also known as Idi Ope) are among the scheduled performers.

Other notable artists include Poly Mr Correct, Ekundayo Mr Manna, Alhaji Wasiu Adekunle Classical Fuji, comedian MC Loko (Omo Woli), and Omoba Ademola, famously known as Demo Performer.

In addition to the musical acts, there will be other side attractions, enhancing the cultural flair of the event.

Seasoned Nollywood actor Kunle Afod is set to be the special guest, adding further star power to an already illustrious lineup.

The organisers have also announced that Ankara fabrics will be available for attendees, ensuring smooth access to the venue.

Entry tickets are priced at £30, and organisers encourage early attendance to secure a good spot for this anticipated cultural event.

A highlight of the night will be the presentation of awards, celebrating the contributions of select individuals who have significantly impacted the Nigerian entertainment industry.

With the mission to honour African culture, Ale Asa Wa promises to be an unforgettable night in London, where the music, traditions, and talent of Africa will shine brightly.
