Mercy Eke, who rose to national prominence after winning the reality show in 2019, said she has remained visible in the public eye by consistently putting in effort long after the initial wave of fame faded.

Speaking in a recent interview with media personality Odira Ndubuaku, the entrepreneur and influencer attributed her staying power to a strong work ethic and a refusal to become complacent.

“I am still relevant because I put in the work. I have never turned down any money,” Mercy Eke said, underscoring her readiness to seize opportunities as they arise.

She added that having a clear sense of direction has helped her maintain momentum in an industry where many reality television stars struggle to remain in the spotlight once their seasons end.

Mercy Eke explained that her days are guided by structure and intention, noting that focus separates sustained success from short-lived popularity.

“I wake up with purpose. Some people wake up without direction, but I always have a clear picture of what I need to do every day,” she said.
