However, a source from MTN has recently confirmed to Nairametrics that the disappearance of debts in the subscribers’ accounts was caused by a system glitch in MTN Nigeria’s system.
According to the source, customer whose debts has been cleared will still have to repay the outstanding airtime and data balance after the company’s engineers rectifies the issues.
