In a recent operation, the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has allegedly sealed the Abuja branch of Jenny’s Glow office.
The company, known for its line of beauty and skincare products, was accused of forging the NAFDAC number on its products and operating without official approval.

According to a popular TikToker, the operation was carried out following a thorough investigation by NAFDAC, which discovered that Jenny’s Glow had been using a fabricated NAFDAC number on its products.
Note that this number is crucial for ensuring the safety and authenticity of products in the Nigerian market.
Concerns were raised when customers reported adverse reactions after using Jenny’s Glow products.

Upon examination, it was revealed that the NAFDAC number displayed on the packaging did not match any legitimate records.
This raised suspicions about the company’s compliance with health and safety standards.
NAFDAC, responsible for regulating the manufacture, importation, exportation, advertisement, sale, and distribution of food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, and chemicals, promptly launched an investigation.
It was discovered that Jenny’s Glow had not obtained official approval from NAFDAC to market and sell its products.

She insisted her products are safe for use as she continues to work with NAFDAC for others that are yet to be approved.
