The Defence Headquarters has disclosed the identities of the Nigerian Army commander, three officers, and 12 soldiers who lost their lives in an attack in a Delta community. The information was shared on the Nigerian Army’s official X account on Monday, March 18.

The soldiers, serving with the 181 Amphibious Battalion, were deployed on a peacekeeping mission to quell community clashes in Bomadi Local Government of Delta State when the tragic incident occurred.
