Nigerian Army releases identities of soldiers killed in Delta community attack

The Defence Headquarters has disclosed the identities of the Nigerian Army commander, three officers, and 12 soldiers who lost their lives in an attack in a Delta community. The information was shared on the Nigerian Army’s official X account on Monday, March 18.

The soldiers, serving with the 181 Amphibious Battalion, were deployed on a peacekeeping mission to quell community clashes in Bomadi Local Government of Delta State when the tragic incident occurred.

The deceased are as follows:

The Defence Headquarters expressed condolences to the families of the fallen soldiers and assured them that their sacrifices would not be forgotten.
