The Council, chaired by Iquo Ukoh, FNIMN, CEO of Entod Marketing Ltd, features a blend of brand custodians, agency chiefs, regulators, and innovators across media, PR, and experiential marketing.

Among the members are Nsima Ogedi-Alakwe of Lagos Business School, Dr Nkechi Ali-Balogun of NECCI Consulting, Bunmi Oke of Ladybird Limited, Tomiwa Aladekomo of Big Cabal Media, and Anthony Ekun of SO\&U, alongside several other industry luminaries.

In a major milestone, the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has formally endorsed the Nigerian Marketing Awards, joining existing partners such as ARCON, NIMN, AAAN, EXMAN, and OAAN.

Tokunboh George-Taylor, Founder/CEO of SKOT Communications, has been nominated by NIPR to serve on the Council.

Founder of the Awards, Tony Agenmonmen, fnimn, described the development as “another milestone in our journey to build the biggest and most credible marketing awards in Nigeria,” stressing that the participation of all key professional bodies cements the Awards’ inclusivity and trustworthiness.

Accredited by the UK-based Independent Awards Standards Council (IASC), the Nigerian Marketing Awards continues to set benchmarks for fairness, transparency, and global best practice in its processes.

The 4th edition of the Awards will take place on 15 November 2025 at The Jewel Aeida, Lagos. The Call for Entries remains open until 30 September, with submissions already pouring in from across the country.
