Oando Tinubu Workers’ Day message was contained in a statement released to mark the annual celebration, where he praised the resilience, professionalism, and dedication of workers across multiple sectors of the economy.

Tinubu stated that labour remains the foundation of sustainable growth, noting that no thriving economy can exist without the consistent efforts of its workforce.

According to him, workers play a central role in driving energy delivery systems, maintaining operational efficiency, and sustaining productivity under demanding conditions.

Tinubu also used the occasion to call for greater responsibility from employers and institutions, stressing the importance of creating work environments that encourage growth, innovation, and employee well-being.

He reaffirmed Oando Plc’s commitment to fostering a corporate culture rooted in excellence, inclusivity, and respect for all staff members.

Beyond the organisation, Tinubu extended appreciation to Nigerian workers nationwide, acknowledging their contributions to businesses, communities, and national development despite prevailing economic challenges.

He described Workers’ Day as not only a moment of celebration but also an opportunity to renew commitment towards improving workplace conditions and productivity.
