One Kehinde Adesoga Adekusibe may have incurred the wrath of Obidients, the followers of Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, over a statement attributed to him.

In a post shared by Aji Bussu Onye Mpiawa azụ 🇨🇮 (@AfamDeluxo), Adekusibe was accused of calling for the killing of Igbo because ‘he hates them with passion’.

“Let’s kill all the Igbos. Let’s flush them out of Yoruba lands. I hate these people with passion. They are violent people. They are worst. They hate us. Let’s hate them without holding back,” he allegedly wrote.

@AfamDeluxo, while calling the attention of the police to Adekusibe, released the latter’s phone numbers, which opened him to attacks, cyberbullying and threats to his life and that of his family members because of the alleged bigoted post.

“Hello @PoliceNG @Princemoye1, Kehinde Adesoga Adekusibe, a staunch Ronu and supporter of Bola Tinubu is threatening the lives of Ndiigbo. He lives in Ibadan.

“His phone number is Zero eight one zero two six seven eight zero seven two.

“Please, do your job. 🙏” he wrote, sharing screenshots of Adekusibe’s post, identity and his place of work.

Obidients

The post was no longer on Adekusibe’s timeline when our correspondent checked. However, Adekusibe confirmed that he was just able to reclaim his account after it was hacked into and malicious posts shared in order to malign him.

“Some people are taking the banter that was made from via my hacked account. I have refuted the tweet and let them know my account was hacked yet they are reporting me to @PoliceNG. Eventually I see the hatred. My account was hacked is that too much for you people to understand?”
