Nigerian music star Omah Lay has expressed deep admiration for Afrobeats megastar Davido.

In a recent interview with The Baller Alert, Omah Lay announced their collaboration, revealing they have a song set to drop soon. Fans eagerly anticipate this exciting release.

Omah Lay described the collaborative process as incredibly smooth. He noted the strong connection he shared with Davido while creating the track. “The way we got along is so cool,” he said, praising Davido as an amazing person.

He also acknowledged Davido’s significant impact on the global rise of Afrobeats. “Davido is a legend. He is big, big,” Omah Lay emphasised. This statement highlights Davido’s prominent role among Nigerian stars making waves internationally.

Omah Lay’s announcement follows a period of speculation about their relationship. Despite earlier concerns, he is excited to share this project with his fans. The song’s title remains under wraps, but its release is highly anticipated.
