The Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide has concluded plans to mark the birth of the largest white garment spiritual church in the world on September 29, 2022.

Recall that the late Rt. Reverend Samuel Bilehou Joseph Oshoffa founded the church 75years ago on September 29, 1947.

In a statement made available to Freelanews and signed by the CCC Worldwide head of media, Evang. Kayode Ajala, a three day programme would herald the celebration.

“The 29th day of September, every year, is indeed a very special and significant day in the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.

“Flashback to the year 1947, yes, 29th September, 1947, was the day the Celestial Church of Christ was given to humanity through the hands of His Grace, Rt Reverend Samuel Bilehou Joseph (S.B.J) Oshoffa, Reverend, Pastor and Founder of the Celestial Church of Christ.

“On that day every year therefore, the Celestial Church of Christ not only rolls out drum to celebrate, but also hold spirit-filled and soul-lifting programmes to mark the birth of the largest white garment spiritual church that humanity can boast of today.

“This year, the World Evangelism Council of the Church, under the Chairmanship of Venerable Superior Evangelist J.B. Adelaja, would herald the birthday with a 3 day power-packed revival programme tagged ‘Peace Be Unto You’,” he wrote.

The ministers expected at the event are Pastor and Supreme Head of Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide His Eminence, Rt. Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa, Most Superior Evangelist T.A. Oshin, Most Superior Evangelist M.O. Ajao, Most Superior Evangelist A. Ajose and Most Superior Evangelist S.I. Akindoyin.
